Where can I find a hand-on Italian cooking class in the DC Metropolitan area for my boyfriend and I to take?

My boyfriend and I are looking for an Italian cooking class for he and I to participate in. He is 25 and I am 23. Ive googled and yahoo searched and can't find ANYTHING.. PLEASE HELP ME!!! If possible include the website!!

Some of the Chefs in Western Massachusetts like to take native ingredients and recipes and give them their own signature

* 1 lb. mixed fish, cut in large dice (salmon, swordfish, tuna)

* 1 small rib celery, finely diced

* 1/2 small green pepper, finely diced
