   Yeah… I guess I consider that more a neccessity for work. I think of grated cheese as a condiment (I know, not really), and since I can’t stand the chemical Kraft stuff, I just can’t justify it. I get it as a treat.

   I also eat more rice than pasta because it’s cheaper by the pound. Also, dried beans are cheaper than canned beans. In case anyone’s interested. lol

   OH MY GOD!! I have watched this and some of her other videos, and realized that I have been cooking like this for years! Except, I can’t afford to use as much oil as she does. Or peel potatoes. Wow, I’m poor. lol.

    My Mom told me during the depression they put cardboard in their shoes to protect their feet from the holes. She said no one could afford new shoes. Mom never threw anything away that could be used later. Unfortunately I inherited her hording habit. The stuff really builds up after awhile.
