I asked what goes good with vegetable garden Stagg. They siad It was an insult to Italians when it is an American product and is C H I L I. It is more Mexican than anything else. Now Can I ask this; Brown rice with Stagg Vegetable Garden, Good or Bad?

Food snobs annoy me!
I was a chef for 5 years, and a restaurant manager for another 3, so trust me when I say it doesn't matter at all!
If you are making a "classic" national dish, then you should always stay true to the original. Why? Because that's what your customers are expecting.
At home, do what you like! If it tastes nice (and is preferably healthy) then just go for it.
I put spinach in lasagne (most Italians would have a seizure at the very thought!). I put sweet potato on fish pies (oh how the fish-wives of Devon would shudder!) I stuff baby pheasant with fruit when roasting (you do WHAT, Evsie?)… I could go on, but you get the idea.
Food should be played with, experimented with, some of the finest recipes I know are bastardisations of classics.
